Always a great experience. Having used and checked out other spots (local operations and otherwise) ... Rocket Wash always has solid pricing, friendly staff, and supplies ... and you can't beat having INDOOR space to vacuum and detail up your car afterwards. And having roof racks, anytime the brushes haven't cleaned the top, they have never questioned running it through again. it's the small things that keep you coming back.

Came here on a whim, the process was easy, the staff very helpful and really like they have an enclosed area for vacuuming and interior detailing/cleaning. Several wash options to choose from, prices are very reasonable, the wash itself did a good job of cleaning and the option of towels, cleaning products and powerful vacuums made the experience great.

I’ve had a great experience with Rocket Carwash Express. The wash quality is consistently excellent, the staff is friendly and professional, and the whole process is quick and convenient. My car always comes out looking spotless, and the membership has been well worth it. The only reason I’m canceling my membership is because there isn’t a location in Charlotte. If they ever open one here, I’d definitely sign up again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality car wash experience!

Waste of money. Brought in wife's Corolla to remove some bird droppings that happened this weeked. These photos are AFTER paying for the $25 Better wash. It hardly did anything at all. I can get a better result with $3 of quarters down the street.

I've started coming to rocket car. Wash almost right after they opened. Let's just say I drive by about 5 other subscription car. Wash places to come to this one. They are very, very nice, very helpful. And always genuinely happy and willing to help plus they're nice to my dog, and that's really all it. Takes to win my heart just kidding But yes, they take very good care of Dexter!
